Step 2: Checkout — Complete your purchase. Your items are now reserved.

Step 3: Production — Once the preorder closes, we begin production with premium materials and quality control. We Estimate 12-15 Weeks TAT

Step 4: Ship & Enjoy — Receive tracking information and your items ship within 1-2 weeks of the preorder end date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Defective Items: Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We'll replace the item if available or offer a refund. You have 5 business days to return the defective item in its original packaging.

Wrong Size: We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing. Please measure carefully before ordering using our sizing guide.

What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to secure your child's custom-made piece before it's manufactured. This ensures you get exactly what you want in the perfect size, with items made fresh to order for quality and fit.

How long does delivery take?

Preorder items take 13-15 weeks to manufacture from your order date, plus 5-7 business days for shipping. In-stock items ship within 7-10 business days. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your address before shipping, please contact us at asouthernbellebtq@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once manufacturing has begun.

What about sizing?

Please select your child's correct size carefully, as we do not offer refunds for wrong sizing. Our sizing guide is available on each product page. If you have questions about fit, contact us before ordering.
